How I Can Help

Your executive assistant, event professional or internal team may already have the planning well underway.

ECEM can work alongside them, providing event operations and logistics support when there are simply more details to manage than time in the day.

That might mean support with a specific part of the planning process, additional help as the event approaches, or managing onsite logistics so your team can remain focused on their own roles and responsibilities.

Logistics Consulting

Guidance and planning tools

New to event planning or could use a little direction? I've got you!

Whether event planning is new to you, you're working through ideas, or you simply want someone to talk through the details with, ECEM provides guidance and practical tools to help you organize the details and move forward with confidence.

On-Site Event Management

You focus on your event's goals. I'll handle the logistics, questions, and unexpected moments that come with event day.

You've handled the planning. Let's make sure the logistics are covered on event day.

Whether your event is a few months away or further down the calendar, ECEM can step in to coordinate the logistics leading up to event day and manage onsite operations from load-in through load-out.

Ideally, we'll begin working together at least three months before your event. This gives me time to become familiar with your plans, connect with vendors, conduct a venue walkthrough, and prepare the logistics for event day.

Closer to your event date? Let's still have a conversation. We'll discuss where things stand, what's already in place, and the support your event needs.

Full Event Logistics Management

From early planning through event day, we're working together.

Whether you're planning a single-day event, a multi-day gathering, or something in between, ECEM provides logistics management from the early planning stages through event day. Every event has its own timeline, and the support we provide is shaped around its size, complexity, and specific needs.

For more complex events involving multiple vendors, extensive coordination, and numerous moving parts, I recommend beginning the planning process 12 to 16 months in advance. This allows more time for thoughtful planning, vendor coordination, and working through the details together.

Smaller events may only require three to six months of planning, depending on their scope and logistics needs.

Already have an event date in mind? Let's talk! We'll look at your timeline, where you are in the planning process, and what it will take to manage the logistics from this point forward.

Single day or multi-day, I've got the logistics.

It starts with a conversation.

Before I suggest anything, I ask questions. You won't be offered any services you don't need.

Let's talk
  1. Discovery call

I learn about your event, your organization, your team, and where you really need help.

  2. A custom proposal

Built around your needs. Even Full Event Logistics Management is tailored to what you need, not a one size fits all package.

  3. Review and sign

Have questions or need changes? I'll make the edits. Once everything looks right, you sign.

  4. The partnership begins

Once your deposit is paid, I'll schedule our first meeting and we'll get to work.
