Exsiting Creations Event Management LLC ("ECEM," "we," "us") provides event logistics services to nonprofits and small businesses. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (ecemlogistics.com), our forms, our email and phone communications, and our text messaging program.

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to communicate with you and deliver our services.

Information you give us

• Contact details, such as your name, organization, title, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number
• Event details you share with us, such as dates, locations, attendance estimates, budgets, and vendor information
• Your text messaging consent, including the date you opted in, how you opted in, and any opt out requests
• Billing details needed to send invoices and record payments. We don't store full credit card or bank account numbers

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our website host may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and general location based on your IP address. This helps us keep the site working and understand how it's used.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls and meetings
• To prepare proposals, agreements, and invoices
• To plan and manage the logistics of your event

Text messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from ECEM, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent: your name, phone number, the date you opted in, how you gave permission, and any later opt out request. We use this information only to send messages for event coordination, scheduling, logistics updates, and client and vendor communications.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of working with ECEM.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The only exception is the messaging platform and phone carriers that deliver our texts, who may process your number solely to send messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our email, file storage, phone and text messaging, website, scheduling, and accounting tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.
• Event vendors, only when you ask us to and only the details needed for your event, such as a headcount or a contact name for delivery.
• Legal reasons, if we're required to by law, a court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

All of the above exclude text messaging opt in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties for their own use.

How long we keep information

We keep client records, including text messaging consent and opt out records, for as long as we work together and for up to five years afterward to meet business, tax, and legal requirements. After that, we securely delete them.

How we protect information

We store information in password protected business accounts with two step verification, and we limit access to people who need it to do the work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• Email: ask us to stop, and we will.
• Your information: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@ecemlogistics.com. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations.

Children's privacy

Our services are for organizations and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
